1996 Atlanta Centennial Olympic Look of the Games

The career changing opportunity that thrilled me most was when my design concept “The Laurel Leaves Design” was selected by the International Olympic Committee for the Centennial Olympic Look of the Games. This design selection secured the “Look of the Games” design project for Copeland Hirthler Design (Now ICON) and for that matter, the selection kept the design project in Atlanta.

This project was a major undertaking by the design team at Copeland Hirthler Design, and it was a privilege to be a part of it. The project involved creating the visual identity and branding for the Atlanta Centennial Olympic Games, a historic event that marked the 100th anniversary of the modern Olympics. We worked tirelessly to capture the spirit and energy of the games in our designs, and the end result was a visually stunning representation of this momentous occasion.
